The villa is ideal for holidays of family groups up to 8 people. The interiors of the house are developed on a single floor, with living room, 2 bathrooms with shower and 3 bedrooms, plus 2 extra beds on the sofa bed in the living room. The house is surrounded by a large porch equipped with a table and benches for dining outside in the cool of the sea breeze.
The villa is rented to a single group, who can also benefit from the exclusive use of the swimming pool and solarium that surrounds it, equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers.
The garden of the villa is completely fenced, and can safely accomodate your 4-legged friends who are welcome and have here room to run.
It is forbidden to organize parties and keep a loud volume at night, therefore it may be unsuitable for holidays with friends.
On the property there is a separate outbuilding inhabited by the owners, who share only the external entrance of the villa with the guests, and who will be at your disposal for any need while always respecting your privacy.
LIVING ROOM: large living room with 65 ”TV, fireplace, armchairs, and a sofa bed, which allows for two more beds (140x195 cm).
KITCHEN: fully equipped eat-in wooden kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, capsule and moka coffee machine, dishes and utensils, dining table for 8 people. Outside there is a barbecue.
BATHROOMS: 2 bathrooms with window both equipped with sink, bidet, toilet and shower box. In one of the bathrooms there is also a washing machine. We provide toiletries (shampoo, shower gel and hand soap), hairdryer, toilet paper, rugs and free towels. We provide cleaning products and iron.
BEDROOMS: 1 double bedroom (160 x 200 cm.) 1 double bedroom (140 x 200 cm.) 1 bedroom with two single beds (or double) (90 x 200 cm.) Linen and towels are provided free of charge.
INTERNET Wi-Fi available in all environments and the connection speed is very good in all areas.
AIR CONDITIONING: the villa is equipped with air conditioning with a single split in the hallway of the sleeping area, sufficient even in the hottest nights. In fact, the villa is located in a hilly area and also enjoys the lightest breeze, not being covered by the presence of other buildings.
PARKING Free outdoor parking within the fenced area
CHILDREN Children are welcome and we can provide cots and high chairs on request. I provide toys, children's books.
ACCESSIBILITY: it is necessary to climb a step to access the interior of the house, which then develop into a single floor. To access the pool area you need to go down about 10 steps
PRIVACY AND SECURITY: The house is equipped with a safe, we also provide fire extinguisher and first aid kit.

The cost of the initial cleaning of 200 € is calculated in the price of the stay. For long bookings, cleaning is done free of charge every seven days with linen change. The cost of utilities is included in the price of the stay.
